What you are buying, and who owns the data
Last updated 20 August 2026. This is how VYRM Information Technology Solutions does the work. A signed agreement still controls price, dates, and anything this page does not say.
Who we are
VYRM is the trading name of VYRM Information Technology Solutions, a software company in the Philippines. Write to hello@vyrm.xyz.
What we sell
Depending on what is scoped in writing, we sell some or all of:
- a school system for the office — enrolment, records, billing, the cashier’s window, the parent’s statement
- a point-of-sale for the counter — sales, stock, and the day’s cash
- a website or web application built for a specific organisation
- hosting, maintenance, and the work after you sign: backups, a practice copy, and a person on the email
Nothing is built on a handshake. Scope is written down before work starts. The school system, from ₱10,000 a month, is for a school of up to 1,000 students. A shop gets a number when you ask — not a discovery process.
Who owns the data
For a school or a shop system, the client is the personal information controller. They decide why the data is collected and what is done with it. VYRM is the personal information processor: we host, we maintain, we back it up, and we follow documented instructions. We do not use client data to market VYRM, and we do not sell it.
Parents, students, and customers who want their own record write to the school or the shop first. We do not answer those requests as if we owned the file.

If you want a copy, or you want to leave
A full copy of the client’s database is theirs on request, in a standard format — not as a favour, and not only on the way out the door.
When the work ends, we return the data or delete it as the client chooses in writing, including working copies, and backups as they cycle out, subject to Philippine law that requires something to be kept. We confirm that in writing.
If something goes wrong
If we become aware of a personal data breach in a system we run, we notify the client within seventy-two hours and help them with what the National Privacy Commission requires of a controller. How the box is actually run is on the security page.
This page does not invent an uptime percentage. We watch the host. If a system stops answering, an alarm goes off here. A signed agreement may add response times; this page does not pretend they already exist.
This website
vyrm.xyz is a company page. It sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies. Writing to hello@vyrm.xyz does not create a contract. A contract is a document both sides sign.
Philippine law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 where personal data is involved.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we update the date at the top. A signed agreement is not rewritten by this page.
